What Makes Connoisseur Roofs Different?
1. We Manufacture, We Apply, We Guarantee
Unlike most waterproofing contractors that purchase products from third-party suppliers, Connoisseur Roofs manufactures its own premium-grade pure acrylic waterproofing emulsions and wall coatings.
2. Industry-Leading 10-Year Guarantee
We confidently offer a comprehensive 10-year product and workmanship guarantee.
3. Products Designed for South African Conditions
Our pure acrylic waterproofing systems have been developed and refined over decades specifically for the harsh South African climate.
4. A Reputation Built on Trust
We treat every client, property, contract, and roof as if it were our own.
5. Experience That Spans Generations
We were serving customers long before Google and social media existed. There is simply no substitute for experience.
6. Trusted Throughout Pretoria and Gauteng
We have completed roof maintenance, waterproofing, and coating projects in virtually every suburb and major residential estate in and around Pretoria.
Family-Owned. Faith-Driven. Customer-Focused.
Connoisseur Roofs remains proudly family-owned and operated. By the grace of God, we have been successfully repairing leaks, restoring roofs, waterproofing properties, and enhancing property values since 1977.
